Welcome to Project BUILT. By accessing our website, making a donation, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Section A: Terms and Conditions for Donations

1. Tax-Exempt Status & Deductibility Project BUILT is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Following your donation, you will receive an official acknowledgment letter via email that serves as a tax receipt. Please retain this for your records.

2. Use of Funds & Mission Transparency Donations support our mission to provide holistic wellness, resource development, family retreats, and support programs for the construction industry. While we strive to allocate funds to specific initiatives as described in our marketing, all donations are unrestricted and may be used at the organization’s discretion to best further our mission.

3. Quid Pro Quo Disclosures In accordance with IRS regulations, if you receive goods or services in exchange for a contribution (such as event tickets or merchandise), only the portion of your donation that exceeds the Fair Market Value (FMV) of the items received is tax-deductible. Your receipt will clearly state the FMV of any benefits provided.

4. Donor Recognition By donating, you acknowledge that your contribution may be publicly recognized (e.g., website, annual reports). To remain anonymous, please check the “Anonymous” box during checkout or contact us at [email protected].

5. Refund Policy for Donations Charitable contributions are generally non-refundable. If an error occurred during the transaction, please notify us within 30 days.

Section B: Terms and Conditions for Product Purchases

1. Descriptions and Availability We strive for accuracy, but product colors and details may vary slightly from screen to screen. All products are subject to availability.

2. Pricing and Payments All prices are in USD. Project BUILT is not responsible for fees incurred by third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

3. Shipping and Risk of Loss Shipping dates are estimates. The risk of loss for purchased items passes to you once we deliver the package to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

4. Returns and Exchanges

          • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

          • Process: Email [email protected] with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

          • Refunds: Once inspected, refunds take approximately 10 business days to process.

Section C: General Legal Disclaimers

1. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Project BUILT, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

2. Intellectual Property All content, including the Project BUILT logo and “Get BUILT” branding, is the property of Project BUILT and protected by US copyright laws.

3. Privacy & Communications We value your privacy. We do not sell or share donor/customer data. By transacting with us, you consent to receive mission updates; you may opt out at any time via the “unsubscribe” link.

4. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
