Too many of our workers are struggling with mental health challenges, addiction, and isolation; often in silence. Project BUILT was created to break that silence with action.
The truth is, this has to be fixed from the top down. That’s why Project BUILT isn’t asking politely for change—we’re bringing an army. A not-so-hostile takeover of construction, rewriting the industry’s operating system so that workers don’t have to choose between making a living and staying alive.
